Off for another dive in Bora Bora, the morning greeted us with some interesting cloud cover atop Mount Otemanu. Another day of Blacktip reef sharks and many other tropical fish. I find scuba diving is one of the greatest forms of meditation. Nearly silent, other then the sound of your breathing, it is quite easy to relax and slow your breathing down to a level you would never do at the surface.
