Bora Bora Landscape.  This is paradise people!  This landscape says it all.  I don’t know what I will do next time I want to take a vacation somewhere warm! I don’t foresee anything being able to beat the time we spent in French Polynesia, in paradise.

Snorkelling off the shore, a couple hundred metres off the coast of Bora Bora, a lone forceps fish swims along the reef and graciously turned to the side and posed for this shot!

Dinner @ Lagoon, St. Regis Bora Bora.  The Lagoon Restaurant was offering the New York Spice Market menu by Jean George while we were there, amazing!  Imagine a restaurant sitting over the waters of the South Pacific in Bora Bora with wild marine life under you! The food was amazing but the location was even better.

Christmas Tree Worm.  Here is a bunch of little Christmas Tree Worms on top of some coral.  Any time you move your hand near them they shrink back into the coral instantaneously.  You will notice they are in pairs, each “tree” being one of the ends of the worm.

Serenity.  Here is one that I personally really like. A lone sailboat in the South Pacific off the coast of Tahiti with a sliver of the island of Moorea in the distance. These colours are not exaggerated either, this was beautiful sunset.  It doesn’t get much more peaceful then this!

Trunks.  Driving along the cost of Tahiti we saw nothing but surfers in their paradise.  It was great to see so many people having a great time catching some great waves!

Mount Rotui.  This is the second highest point on the island of Moorea in French Polynesia at 898m (2946 feet).  Surrounded by Cook’s Bay on the right and Opunohu Bay on the left, it is an amazing site to see, especially on a day as beautiful as this one.

Surfing in Tahiti.  It seemed like every local in Tahiti had a surf board! But when you live in paradise, can you blame them?
